From this list choose 10 keywords and write them in the middle column of your template for your first keyword. Now we will go over to Google.com to find out how much competition we have for each keyword. This is where the Google toolbar comes in. We can check the PR rank of each of the top 5 sites that listed for each keyword and get a count of the number of sites listed for that keyword.
