SMS Marketing can be used to acquire customers, strengthen existing customer and prospect relationships and provide a service to your customers. The golden rule “Keep It Simple Stupid” (KISS principle) applies to SMS marketing. The most successful SMS campaigns and services tend to focus on incentives and interactivity as well as relevance to the recipient. As with email marketing, your solution provid

For my last around 10 to 15 projects I have given my clients free reign over the content of their web site by giving them a WYSiWYG editor to add text to their pages. All I have added is the page titles, meta tags and then made all pages W3C valid XHTML.

The only place I have linked to them is form my own online directory and of course my portfolio. The reason for this is my own directory of business will be the first point of call for the search engines before they crawl my clients web site. I don't expect a great ranking for my clients w

    Autism Means Great Workers
“Mommy, Mommy, Mommy! Am I stupid?” excitedly requested Christopher, nearly out of breath from the long run into the kitchen. She knew he had been playing with neighborhood children under a mighty pine tree in the side yard.Saddened by the question and realizing he had just been tormented by the others, she tenderly gave him a hug and lovingly told him, “No, Christopher, you are not stupid.”“O
I have been designing web sites for years now and I am definitely seeing a turn for the worst when it comes to the small business web site. Having your little web site with maybe 5 or 10 pages is just not cutting the mustard these days simply because the large web sites are overwhelming the search engines with thousands of pages. How can we as small business owners possibly keep up with these large corporate companies with little web sites with so little content.

Well what we have to do is design our own directory and list our own clients as part for the directory, this will in turn make our own web site look more like a viable source of better information simply because it will have more generalised information and not stay specific to our specific category.

I am a professional web designer with many years experience under my belt, I am also highly skilled at SEO. I believe that SEO as it has been in the last 3 to 4 years is now going to be an obsolete force when it comes to rankings. Interested? then you should read on.

If you consider reading your web page from a human perspective does the grammar and the content actually make that much sense or do you have a page stuffed with key words and phrases just to get boosted up the engines like a rat with a rocket up its .... well you get me..

Consider this. The bots that read our sites are trying to read our sites with the eyes of a blind man, in other words they have no eyes they are simply reading the text only and then judging your content accordingly. They do not see any of the content except the text. Also they are trying to read the text like a human who cannot see the fancy images and graphics, in other words they are reading the text only and reading it with the Bot like mind of an excellent english teacher. Criticising your grammar, spelling and also looking to see if your content makes real sense.

I am convinced though reading many articles regarding SEO that in the next 2 years the links you are trying to get and keep hold of will be as much good as a chocolate fire guard simply because your pages will be voted on for their content, not voted on by how many links point at them - this will be a spent force.

Email Marketing Is Still Alive and Kicking
Email marketing is, as the name suggests, the use of email in marketing communications. It is an extremely powerful marketing tool and an essential and often overlooked tool for the successful affiliate. The only way of using Email marketing in these days of CAN-SPAM is by using an Opt-in list. Although widely feared by some marketers and mocked by others as being toothless the CAN-SPAM act is a remin

Richness and Reach - Implications for the Internet Entrepreneur
The concept of richness and reach as illustrated by Evans and Wurster in "Blown to Bits" (1999) has been a major contribution to our understanding of Internet business strategy. This is the argument in a nutshell:The economics of information and the economics of physical things differ fundamentally from each other.
