"differing" meaning the basics will work in any market, but depending on how jaded or knowledgeable your market is, you have to take that into consideration. Start small, but with a large enough number to make your results statistically relevant. That is, a small number like a hundred or so isn't really going to tell you what might happen over the long haul. This is something I had never done until the last few months. Bought leads that is. I've had some small success with my small tests in two different markets (neither being IM). One test I started recently brought in about a hundred subscribers right away to a brand new list. Two of those 100 actually wrote me personal notes thanking me for the information I provided in their first issue and asking for more. So, back to the question, does buying leads work well? The answer is yes, and no, and maybe, but you can make it work well if you work it, well... well. Be well,
