Few Things Are More Destructive Than An Insecure Boss
Few things are more destructive to a career than a boss who is insecure. Unfortunately, it is a near certainty that most people will encounter one or more such persons along the way.“The actions of an insecure boss will eventually create an insecure organization, riddled with anxiety and indecision,” says Ramon Greenwood, senior career counselor at Common Sense At Work.com. “People will spend more time looking over their shoulders than looking ahead. Good defenses become more important than effective offenses.”Seven Traits Of An Insecure BossYou will know your boss is suffering from an insecurity complex when he or she is engaging in behavior highlighted by these seven such traits:1. The boss insists on absolute control over everything in the department. He rules with an iron hand, refusing to dele

Anatomy Of An Internet Marketing System
Please let me tell you about the Internet marketing systems I use and find helpful. This information may be of some benefit to you, especially if your goal is to monetize your site or earn an income from your online marketing. My name is Titus Hoskins and I own and operate a very modest marketing website called www.bizwaremagic.com I have been designing web pages and sites since 1998. I have an Art/Education background but in the last couple of years I have been studying online marketing systems and using them.Yes, studying them, since I have an art background I like to examine beneath the surface of things or structures in order to get a clearer picture. I like to see the whole picture. The big picture. But the underlying elements behind these complex systems interests me the most. What's beneath the sur
And I'm not saying, "so help me God" because........

It just kills me when day after day I see all these advertisements from these BIG name marketers. You know who they are, as I'm sure you receive their emails, too. Those big shots, also known as gurus, that claim to be making Sooo MUCH money with the system, program or software they have and are willing to generously sell their secret weapon to you and me. If they are so rich already, why don't they just sit back enjoy their time and money? Why don't they quit trying to sell their so called fantastic products to others? Why? Simply because all the money they are talking about is the money that you and I are so easy to part with, that's why. If they stop getting our money, their income stops. Not to forget to mention that some of the things they offer are so outrageously priced. I've seen one for over $900. Are they crazy?

I can't understand who could afford to take that kind of a gamble in the first place. I've had a hard time scraping up $19.97 for some of the offers I have fallen for. How about you? But there are people out there who spend any amount of money, because they are so desperate and willing to do anything at any cost to find that magical formula that will finally make them rich. I've even heard of people taking out second mortgages on their houses, only to lose that, too! You might as well try one roll of the dice at the craps table or a spin of the roulette wheel in Vegas with your money. Or buy some lottery tickets. Your odds would probably be better and at least you'd have a little moment's worth of fun that way.

Some of these big guys offer "source code" they claim is easy to use and can be used to create virtually anything you might need, but the average person would have no idea how to use it, even if they bought it. You'd have to hire a programmer to set it up so you were able to use it, and programmers don't come cheap! What a deal, huh?

I'm not trying to say that everyone out there is a crook or that all the products offered are just a bunch of hype or bull. There are good things out there, but for every decent product, there are 20 that aren't. There are only a handfull of people who are actually truly making good money on the Internet successfully, at least that I know of. Do you ever wonder why that is? Well, I'm going to tell you why and let you in on another one of the angles they play on us.

Did you ever notice that when you get an email or see an advertisement with a big boys name attached to it, you'll get ads from almost every other big name out there, offering the same thing? Sure, they each throw in their bonus or special offers, just to get you to buy from them. Not only do they make more money, they also get you on their list, so they can keep selling you more and more down the road. This is what is commonly called, "in cahoots". Yep, they each scratch the other guy's back and get paid well for their time and effort, too. They cross sell, which gives them an advantage. The first offer might not do a thing for you, but the second or third one you get from a different big name might. Who's footing the bill for all this success again? Like PT Barnum said, "there's a sucker born every minute", and unfortunately that's the honest truth. Us -- you, me and the rest of the Internet little guys and gals who are hopeful.

I'm not saying that forming partnerships is a bad thing. It's wonderful when you can find other people who you can work with towards your joint success. But it's not right that people are selling garbage to the masses at unbelievable prices and we are buying it because of the name attached to it. Isn't it about time we smartened up? Starting A Wholesale Business: Important Basics
Any business needs two basic things to be successful: customers and products. Products can be services or actual tangible items, and this article lesson will examine the different methods for obtaining goods to resell in wholesale for your business, as well as look at ways to help you decide which method is right for your online store or offline mini-mall. Buying goods for resale is done primarily through four methods also called channels: Directly from the manufacturer, from a wholesaler, from a distributor or from a supplier. Each method has its pros and cons. Most businesses will use only one method, and many times it is not the business that determines what method will be used, but rather the volume and size of that business as well as the channels available. Not all four purchasing methods are available for all products, and in

    Simply Put - Simple Sells
Assuming I make it through the next day and a half without saying anything really stupid, tomorrow, at exactly 6:00 pm, my wife Linda and I will have been married for 17 years (in a row).Frankly, and despite the frequent company of three children, two mothers-in-law and one dog, I’m not all that surprised that we’ve made it this far. I must say, we’re a pretty good match. We are however, quite different, particularly when it comes to our respective ability to "manage the details." Linda's good at it; I'm not.For example……When Linda buys new shoes, she wears them around the house for a few days before cutting the tags off, so that she can return them if they don’t feel quite right. When I buy new shoes, I wear them out of the store.…When Linda orders food in a restaurant, she asks questions to

I'm an average person. I worked in a local factory for 27 years. It was a dead end job with lots of hours and little pay and, of course, the big boys in the company were the ones who made the big bucks. Sound familiar? In the real world, the same thing happens off the Net as well as on the Internet, so for the most part, there is no difference. Here's how the headline should read in all the newspapers across the country, "Little Guys Makes Big Shots Rich". What a shame or should I say, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". What's that all about, you ask? Simply put, it means this. If someone tries to trick you once, but you catch them in the act, shame on them. They are caught and fail at fooling you. But, if someone fools you twice and you fall for it, shame on you for being so gullible.

Folks, the Internet does offer one of the biggest opportunities for the masses to create and earn an extra income. There's billions of dollars a year being spent on the Internet now days. It's growing at an incredible rate each and every day. Best part of all is that even the little guy, who may not even have graduated from high school, still has the opportunity and chance to finally succeed. Amost anyone can make money online with the right help, guidance, training and support. It's a matter of leveling the playing field, so no one has the chance to fail.

I'm NOT going to give you a BIG bunch of HYPE here or fill you up with false promises, as the big boys do enough of that for all of us already. That's it in a nutshell.

I hope you have enjoyed this article. I honestly feel that I have tried to project the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, at least in my opinion. Please feel free to pass this along to others and see if they don't agree. I hope it helps out others by giving them a little more insight about Internet marketing and what to watch out for and be careful of. I can honestly say that there are a good handful of marketing gurus out there now a day, but as of this writing, fortunately I'm NOT one of them. Notice I said fortunately I'm NOT one of them. I don't want to treat people that way. So....here's to you and your success. As Spock said on the old TV Star Trek show, "Live Long and Prosper" and I do hope you prosper and, of course, live long, too. Take care and bye for now.
