What keywords? I am looking for keywords that people search at least few times a day with not a lot competition on search engines. If there is to many searches per day, there is a lot competition too. I am also looking for high paying adsense keywords. It takes a lot of time, but it is worth. Sometimes I get surprised how many good keyword I found in my first "keyword attack". For some niches I have to dig deeper, but I always come out with at least 250 good keywords. I never use keywords with a lot of competition on the beginning. The point is to add them when first 25-30 pages are already indexed with search engines. After a month or so, I am starting to use keyword which have more searches and also more competition. But, at this time I still do not use keywords which have most competition. I have started to use these high competition keywords after I have listed at least 50 pages with search engines.

Now I have my keywords and it is time to chose website template. Today I use five different website templates for all my websites.
