A wholesale is a company that sells products to retail stores usually in bulk at huge discounts. Wholesales sell those products at huge discounts because they sell them in very large amounts. Typically the more you buy the less each individual unit will cost. Let's go down the line. A manufacturer creates a product. After the product is completed, the manufacturer then sells it to a wholesaler. The wholesale then in turn sells it to retail stores. Then retail stores sell the product to the consumer. When searching for a wholesaler you are going to want a source with the fewest 'middle men' as possible.

Here is a definition of the term 'Middle Man' or 'Middle Men' for those who aren't sure. 'Middle Men' are the number of companies in between you and the manufacturer.
