    Another thing that you can do to help improve the responsiveness of your list is to ask questions of your list. Ask them what they want to learn more about. Answer the questions mailbag style – all at once in one big email – you really create the illusion of a very responsive list and since people tend to do what others do – if they see that the rest of the list is responsive, they might do the same.
