    What if Negotiation Were Easy?
What if we lived with an underlining set of principles to use our minds to see through the other person’s eyes with empathy when negotiating? What if everyone had John Nash’s “Beautiful Mind” and immediately worked toward a win/win? What if negotiations between people of different nationalities was not about winning and losing but about long-term future relatio

I am particularly interested in what separates the top 1% of business professionals, income-earners and producers from the other 99%. 11.) What do you find most inspiring for you today?

C.M.K.) Getting through 26 interviews today. ? I thought I capped it at 10, but they just kept coming in and I’ll do the best I can on them.

I’m inspired when I hear of the success our authors are achieving because of our site. I’m also inspired when I see our team evolve into stronger and more competent leaders.

12.) What do you see EzineArticles.com doing better than most five and ten years from now?

C.M.K.) Wow, 5-10+ years is an eternity in Internet years.

My goals are much more tactical and short-term because the long-term is promised to no one.

I’d hope our innovative spirit is alive and kicking, and that we’ve widened the gap in the marketplace between what we can do for our members vs. anyone else.

13.) What near term projects have you the most excited?

C.M.K.) A premium author membership platform is in the works for those who want more than our free-level of membership… but overall, I’m much more focused on the basics of running a quality operation than any new wild project that may be fun to launch, but might derail our long-term focus.

14.) What among your day to day business activities are providing you the greatest satisfaction?

C.M.K.) The “knowing” that the activities I’m engaged in daily will lead us into the next level of growth.

This includes fun things like ‘thinking’ or analyzing stats, listening and reading user feedback, talking with our team and making messy whiteboard sketches, and finding new ways to create more value via creative or innovative solutions that leverage our core skills. Online Paid Surveys As A Hobby
Online paid surveys have long been associated as a source of supplementary income. But few people know that taking free internet paid surveys can become a great hobby as well. A Killer Presentation
Speaking to large groups involves learned techniques and practice, practice, practice. If you haven't stepped to the podium, you can. If you have been a featured speaker, you can get better."A good presentation is about the topic--not you," says T. Challenge of ERP Implementation: Q and A with Rick Maurer
Question: ERPs seem like a good idea, so why is return on investment so low?Answer: Resistance often kills many of these new systems. Even though the promise of what an ERP can do is high, the planners often fail to look at how the users are likely to view this “improvement.” ERPs take away the old tried-and-true ways of working. Involving Your Prospect In The Sale
The more you engage someone's five senses, involve them mentally and physically, and create the right atmosphere for persuasion, the more effective and persuasive you'll be. Listening can be a very passive act; you can listen to an entire speech and not feel or do a thing. As a persuader, you need to help your audience be one step closer to taking action. As a

15.) What is your greatest personal desire?

C.M.K.) Freedom. At some level, almost everything I do is in the pursuit of greater degrees of freedom.

16.) How often will you be doing these interviews?

C.M.K.) Probably not until 2007, but I’ve received tremendous value from just contemplating the answers to questions our marketplace have asked me that I never would have guessed they would have asked. (Interview Concludes)
