Try an Ionic Foot Bath to Detox and Cleanse the Body
In today’s times we live in a very toxic environment. The pollution in the air, the chemicals in our food, the water we drink and even the clothes we wear. At any given moment you may be exposed to toxins and heavy metals. These toxins accumulate in the body and can be stored in your fat cells, which tend to want to hang on to them.A good way to release toxic build up in your body is to sweat such as in a sauna or hot bath. But for most busy people, they do not have the time to spend hours in the sauna for the best results. Plus that may be a bit too uncomfortable and when used f

    A Walk to Your Health
You can reap some benefits of exercise without joining a gym or running for miles a day. Not to say that doing so is a bad idea but altering your lifestyle to include more activity with your daily tasks offers you convenience and can help you reach the recommended amount of physical activity each day.A few years ago, the Surgeon General released a report about the obesity epidemic facing this country. The report recommended that everyone get some physical activity in their day to prevent and treat disorders related to obesity. There are plenty of ways to get your physical activity in
I remember while growing up, that both my granddad and my dad enjoyed watching old westerns. Back then, they would run them on Saturday afternoons one right after another. Shows like Bonanza, Wagon Train, Have Gun, Will Travel, etc. I have to admit, although I enjoyed being outdoors most of the time, I did enjoy watching those old westerns as well. My favorite, by far, was The Rifleman. In this show Chuck Connors played the part of a small ranch owner named Lucas McCain. McCain was a rough, tough, manly, man, who saved his small town from bad guys week after week. While, most cowboys carried their pistols on their hips, McCain opted for a custom made Winchester rifle that he could unload on his target in a heartbeat. Thus, the name The Rifleman.

Now, this show has not crossed my mind in years, but recently while visiting my wife’s parents in Tennessee, I was reminded of it. My father-in-law has a small .22 caliber rifle that fires pretty much the same way that Winchester rifle of Lucas McCain’s did. One evening, just before dark, I escaped into the woods alone with that rifle and fired off shots just like The

What You'll Find When You Visit The North Georgia Mountains
As you venture to the highest point in Georgia, you will encounter the North Georgia Mountains, where a variety of energizing activities, interesting get-togethers, and refreshing recreational opportunities are found. Found in the northeast corner of the state, the spread of mountains in the region are also part of the Blue Ridge mountain chain that runs its course in Georgia. In the United States, it is this stretch of mountains that is known as the oldest range in the nation, estimated at more than 1 billion years old. The North Georgia Mountains are also part of the Appalachian Mountains

    Bahamas Resorts
The Bahamas is home to several resorts, a few of which also have the so-called "all-inclusive" vacations. Before going into the resorts themselves I think the term "all-inclusive" should be defined because most people think this means one thing, when in reality it means something else all together.All-inclusive is a term to mean that three major meals and some soft-drinks during the day, are included in the hotel charge. It does NOT automatically mean that everything there is to do at the resort is free of charge (though some things are).European is a term to describe ho

When planning a trip to Tibet, many tourists are worried about the high altitude sickness very much. However in my experience of assisting clients’ organizing tours to Tibet, I find there are very few people who get real problem with it. Most people can get used to the high altitude in the first one or two days in Lhasa. Here are some advices for your reference. The first and most important thing is to take it easy. ETFs - Better Than Mutual Funds
Let’s be sure you know what an ETF is. It is an Exchange Traded Fund. They have not been around very long, but are catching on. More and more are being created. It is similar to a mini-mutual fund and has many of the same characteristics. A regular fund is composed of many stocks. There are index funds that have hundreds of stocks with the same equities as the S&P500. Almost all major funds have several index funds and there are ETFs with the same composition. If the investor buys an index mutual fund he must wait until days end to have the entry price calculated. Not so with an ETF.
law has a small .22 caliber rifle that fires pretty much the same way that Winchester rifle of Lucas McCain’s did. One evening, just before dark, I escaped into the woods alone with that rifle and fired off shots just like The Rifleman. There wasn’t much to shoot at out there, so, I just fired into a mud puddle and mud and water flew everywhere. It took only seconds, but man it felt good.

I don’t know exactly why I found enjoyment in that but I did. I think we men are just wired that way. It’s the same thing that made me build model cars and then destroy them with my BB gun when I was a kid. It’s the same thing that made me love to play with fire when I was a kid. Stuff like lining up plastic army men and taking a lighter to the ones standing in front of the men with flame throwers. Or, trying to build a land rocket out of gasoline, a coffee can, rubber bands, a hot wheel car, and a match. (That one almost got a little out of hand).

It’s the thing in us, that makes us want to live life on the edge. The thing that wants us to be just a little dangerous. Like Lucas McCain. A 6’5” intimidating hoss of a m
