Customer Service - How Good Are YOU?
At 8.30 am a wealthy client (on his way to make a presentation to the local council at 9 am) walked into a store that sells photocopiers. They also provide a copy service. He wanted to make a back-up copy of his lengthy presentation. The shop appeared to be open - doors unlocked, lights on, etc but the young lady who met him said she couldn't do photocopies until 9 am because that's when the copy centre opened for business. He went two doors down the road to the Council Library and did them himself at 10 cents per page, spending $11.00.Guess where he won't look for his next copier? Two men walked into a bakery / coffee shop at 4.45 pm and asked for two coffees and two slices of cake. They were told they could only have the cake to take-away as the shop closed at 5 and coffee took too long to make and drink. They left. The point is that the two men were local council aldermen and the Deputy Mayor owns the shop. The owner of a local cafe went on holidays and hung a sign in the window "Have taken 10 days holiday. We knew you'd understand". I understood. I went around the corner, discovered a new cafe that has given me a voucher for a free coffee for every four I buy. I'm going there again. How’s this in contrast? My lawnmower man was driving down my street on Sunday and saw me pruning some bushes in the yard. He stopped, grabbed his chain saw and started to help.I asked him how much he wanted and he said, "Nothing mate. I was on my way to the tip and the trailer isn't full". He knows the value of a customer - he's cut my lawn on average 20 times a year for the last five years.I pay him $25 per mow - that's over $2,500 over five ye

You are not a failure if your project fails. Making mistakes and having failures is a part of life. You can accept them and learn from them or be bitter and give up your dream. Failures are actually your training ground. You can learn valuable lessons from them. If you learn from them, you can make them the stepping stones to your success. There is a simple truth that many never learn. If you keep on doing what you have been doing, you will keep on getting what you have been getting. This holds true in your business life and with your personal relationships. If you are happy with what you’re getting, keep doing it. If not, try something else.Don’t give up on your dream. Keep fine tuning it until it works. Most people have to make a few adjustments before they find what works for them.Children learning to walk, don’t give up because they fall down. They get up and try again. Adults who fail a few times sometimes get the notion that success is not for them. They give up on their dream and take the jobs that no one else wants. It’s tragic that many quit when success is just around the next problem. There is a strong temptation to have a pity party when you fail. What you need to do is examine yourself in an unemotional way. Learn to be your own coach. Figure out what went wrong, and why. Visualize how to make it better the next time. When things go wrong, we often become our worse enemy. We put our self down and begin thinking that we are a worthless failure. That is simply not true. Armies usually lose a few battles before winning the war. The fact is, your creator designed you for success. It is your negative attitude that is getti

Certainly the newest earth quaking event in Internet
Marketing insider circles is the release of John Reese's
    New, Traffic Secrets marketing course.

I say certainly because I suppose to know what for you as
Small marketer is more important. The newest study made
by DoubleClick.com about how much more considered and
sophisticated people became in their online shopping behavior.
Or the fact that  John Reese just released his brand new marketing
course which includes every single technique he has ever
used in his highly successful campaigns.

For sure you find very useful articles, and Internet statistics
at Double Click and I suggest you to go there very often
because you should know about new trends and internet
    developments. www.doubleclick.com
But actually the greatest (direct) help for your online
promotions is to learn "how to do it on the right way"
from marketing courses of must successful guys just
    like John Reese.

Many of the Big Guys of Online marketing are not happy
because John Is doing this. But with no reason. This won't
stop him to sell his marketing course. And don't matter
how many people will buy the course nobody will have to
fight with a definitely higher competition in the future.

However there are very, powerful secrets exposed in this
marketing course, and certainly the small group who will buy
this not really cheap marketing course and will use the
system, will definitely leave his competitors miles away behind,
but: The aspect of Internet marketing won't be changed, because
the ratio of those who will turn their Marketing Efforts into
Substantial income will remain the well known 10% .

    Are you asking now why.

If you want to know my personal meaning than here it is:

Just walking in into a bank don't makes you rich. As same
You won't be rich just by buying  books and CD-s or even
    the world's best marketing course

Statistics are showing that high percent of buyers don't even
read the marketing courses or e-books they buy. And even
if they read them there is a little bit more "to do" for generating
Internet income. The big guys like John Reese, Corey Rudl,
Shawn Casey and so on, are telling  you how to do it. Let me
mention here they are telling you damned  well. If you own
already one of this courses and you still don't make money
I'm wondering if you have read it...

You on your turn have to "learn" and "Work" to apply what they say.

Many people are still thinking that creating an Internet income
Has nothing to do with serious working. Marketers have realised
this fact very early, that's why you will never find in a good sale
copy the word "work". Making the failure to use this word in a
sale copy would drastically decrease the amount of sales.
    But this is another story.

Now We all know that  90% of those who  try to make money
on the internet will never make a dime. They will buy  great
e-books or marketing courses (good for the others) than when
they realise that there is many hours, many weeks of work
involved until they see incoming money, and they realise that
it is impossible become rich over night they will give it up.

According to this fact nobody has to be afraid from a too high
Competition, because this percentage mentioned above will
not change. Some People simply don't really want to become
wealthy (they just think they want to…)

Internet marketing success requires hard work, however it
is not a secret that it is still easier to be successful as in any business
offline. Finally you need to invest only few per cent of that money
what you would invest for an off line businesses, you can automate
your online business you can reach much more prospects…
But: you will always have to: Learn, to Work, to invest  (time,
    Enthusiasm, money).

Are you ready to do all this three points than you will able
To increase your sales to the levels that the big guys are
    promising to you.

I wish you fun and good luck!

Paid Surveys are an easy way to make money while sitting in front of your PC. As the term implies you simply take online surveys from various companies and in return they will pay you a regular cash incentive. Sounds easy doesn’t it? Actually it is. Many people have found this to be an easy, flexible way to boost their regular income, others do it as their only source of income as they prefer to work from home. An ideal example of this is for mothers with small babies who can still earn money but get the quality time they need with their new family. Why do these surveys exist? As we all know, companies trying to sell and promote products know that product research plays a vital role in sales success. When a new product is ready to be launched for sale, or even in the initial development processes, a company needs to ensure that what they are providing is exactly what the customer wants – demand and supply. By paying customers to fill in online surveys they can gather all the information and opinions together with suggestions for improvements to a particular product and use that information to build, create or to modify their product before it appears in the shops. This saves time and money for the company and ensures that the item is saleable and will make a profit. So are online surveys difficult to complete? Companies try to keep them as user friendly as possible to obtain the best results. Obviously the more people fill them in, the more opinions they have to do research with. Some also offer products to try out and keep, others offer discounts on the final products for those participating. Due to technology it is no longer necessary to employ staff to wander around the streets as

It’s hard to believe the year will be half over in just a few weeks. All the planning you did is either turning out great, coming along slowly but surely or hasn’t really gotten off the ground because other issues keep getting in the way. With so many things to distract you from your small business this time of year – like outdoor activities, yard work, vacations and the kids being home from school, just to name a few – the next 90 days often fly by and you find yourself further down the road and farther away from accomplishing your goals. The key to avoiding the Summertime Blues and running in place until September is to conduct a mid-year check-up.Success Handler Action: With your team, spend some time discussing what you’ve accomplished so far this year. Focus on the positive things occurring in your small business. Celebrate your successes – however small they are – so everyone recognizes there are indeed good things happening. Here are some questions to help you get started:~ What is the best thing you’ve done as a company this year?~ Why are you better today than six months ago?~ Which part of your business has improved the most this year?~ What are some of the good comments you’ve heard from your customers?~ How have you personally helped your team achieve their goals? We get so busy trying to survive the daily onslaught of crises that it’s easy to forget to look at the big picture – to step away from the grind and remember even minor progress is still progress. It’s important to stay focused on continuous improvement, striving every day to become a little better. The Japanese call this management philosophy “Kaizen” – making increment
