    You are beautiful and shine in all moments of your life. And your light shines particularly bright when you, on a conscious level, feel low. Why? Because these are the times when you need love the most. Your feeling of depression is a lack of love. There’s nothing else, no other reason causing this feeling in you. Everyone who feels desolate, depressed, sad experiences lack of love in their hearts. All reasons you bring forward are merely symptoms of the lack of love. For example, quoting stress at work as a reason for your feeling is not a true reason. What’s behind this is the lack of love for yourself and putting yourself and your needs second. Who ever told you that you have to work long hours? Who ever told you that you can’t go for a walk at lunchtime? It’s your own voice telling you these things. And by listening to the conditioned voice of the ego, you’re denying yourself the inspiration of your heart and soul who know what you truly desire. You thereby deny yourself love for that is the only true feeling that links you to your soul and to God.

    Listen to your heart and soul. Allow the love that is out there to flow into your life. Open yourself up to the beauty that is out there. Feeling depressed is a state that can be changed very quickly if you understand how you got there in the first place. If you don’t follow your heart’s desire, you’re giving yourself, your soul the message that ‘it doesn’t matter’. If you put a tight band around your right leg’s thigh and cut off the blood supply to the leg, it will eventually die off because the cells need blood. If you don’t allow your soul to be connected to you and if you don’t listen to it, but instead you listen ot the voice of your ego, you cut yourself off from love. You start feeling the lack of love which is sadness and depression.

    I’m not talking about romantic love here but the highest and purest energy that exists, that God is, and that your soul breathes in every moment of your existences; whether you’re human, a leaf, or a beetle. Love is what keeps you connected to the One, which you are part of through love.

    Don’t underestimate the importance of this. Many people at the moment have turned away from love. Not to seek hate or violence but I’m talking about those who make the external world their focus of happiness. It won’t work, ever. You cannot seek happiness and peace in your work, in your house, or even in your closest friends and family. Happiness and peace fill you when you remember and allow yourself to be who you are on a soul level; when you let love shine through you, just as you are, without any attachments. You are happy and peaceful because you are love, not because the circumstances of your life have all slotted into place in the perfect order and you have managed to eliminate all irritants and worries.

    As long as you’re in this lifetime the circumstances of your life will change. Perhaps there will be phases when they feel perfect to you. When for some time your view of how you want your life to be is perfectly aligned to your circumstances. And let me tell you now that this won’t be a permanent state. As the outsider you can still see the love of the parent for the child which is not bound to the toy. It just is.

    That is how pure your perspective of your own life can be if you allow it. See the love that there is for you and feel it in you for yourself and then for everything and everyone around you. And when you feel this love and allow it to fill you, all sadness, helplessness, lack of perspective have no foundation.
