    People often ask me what they should eat to “lose weight”. I tell them First; get processed foods and fast foods out of your life, you will probably lose 10 lbs. or more just by doing this. Second; you must train yourself to eat 5-7 times a day to speed up your metabolism. You probably will lose 10 lbs. or more just from doing this. Third; you must train yourself to drink 1 quart of pure water per 50 lbs. of body weight daily.

    Once you have mastered these 3 behaviors then you are ready to start looking at what is making you fat if you still want to. You may be all set.
