    Dangers of Credit Cards
Credit cards can be very advantageous to the smart consumer who uses them wisely by giving you credit to buy what you need without having the needed up-front cash, and letting you make payments over time. But if you are not mindful of the terms of credit cards, there can be dangers of credit cards. If you do not watch your budget and charge without having the ability to make monthly payments, money problems can result which can affect you emotionally and
In order to achieve your dreams you have to have staying power. Before you open your own place you can first start by investigating the costs of rentals, utilities such as gas and or electric and which one is cheaper in your area, phone bills, any signage (and that is: signs of promotion and advertising for your business) that you may need, insurance, wholesale and day to day supplies for your niche, any restoration charges that you may incur to bring a space up to standards, repairs and maintenance that you may incur each month, and any expenses for permit or licenses that you may need on a yearly basis, and auxiliary charges such as web service and maintenance

If your business will need a physical place look at commercial spaces for cost per square footage (and then multiply it out), or look at space rentals in your area. Most commercial leases also include cam charges above and beyond rent; and that could include paying a percentage towards landlord’s taxes, mortgage and insurance, and his utilities, city and or county water and sewage or drainage charge. Putting Some Muscle in Your Time Management System
When I ask people what kind of time management system they use, and we talk about the effectiveness of it, I'm often amazed at what I see.Frankly, many people use the worst system they can for their needs but simply use it because it was available to them at a price they could afford, or they liked the color of the cover, or the software came with their computer, or they spent so much on their PDA that they feel like they should be using the time ma

How to Survive the Office Christmas Party
It is nearing the end of year and the season of office parties has begun. This could be your big chance to smooze up to senior management and vie for future promotion opportunities. It could be your chance to make a move on that hottie in accounts or just a great opportunity to relax, enjoy the company of your colleagues in a social setting and celebrate the year. But the office Christmas party is often far from an innocent social event and fraught

Three hundred square feet might be more than enough for your needs but a real estate agent or property owner might try to talk you into more than you need because the greater the square foot of a space the greater the monthly rent will be.
