The Secret to Finding those Niche Markets that Sizzle
There are niche markets out there that have not even been tapped yet or if they have they are poorly filled niches.Finding a niche market is not the problem these days. It’s quite easy once you have the know-how. There are many, many ways to find niche markets. Are they profitable? Well you can research the most popular keywords or keyword phrases using tools such as ClickAdEqualizer, or you can browse your local library and/or bookstore looking for common book ideas? The problem is, just because a keyword or keyword phrase is popular or t

    What Is Your Plan?
People continually ask me how I’m able to accomplish all of the things that I do. Truthfully, I sometimes wonder that myself. But, ultimately, I know it’s because I’m a planner. To some extent we all multi-task and have numerous responsibilities that can, at times, seem overwhelming. The key is to learn how to manage the responsibility by planning for it. Believe it or not, day to day activities are less stressful when you implement a plan.I must confess that I enjoy planning. It wasn’t always that way though. In fact, it wasn’t unti
The healthy human gastrointestinal tract is resident to millions of live microorganisms that aid in digestion and produce various nutrients including vitamins and fatty acids. Short chain fatty acids produced by bacteria in the gut are needed to feed intestinal lining cells. Natural antibiotics produced by gut bacteria keep the micro ecology of the gut in balance. Altered levels of microorganisms in our gut can result in illness and disease susceptibility. Probiotics are live microorganisms (bacteria and yeast) that have beneficial health effects through restoring the balance of gut microorganisms. Beneficial effects of probiotics include maintaining the gut epithelial lining cells (enterocytes in the small bowel) protective barrier function. This prevents overexposure of the immune system to foreign materials in the food we eat and protein products of bacteria and yeast.

Indigenous flora, gut microflora, intestinal microbiota, resident bacteria, and gut flora are all terms for the collection of live microorganisms present in the gut. When the normal balance of microorganisms present is disrupted this state of altered flora is called dysbiosis. Altered flora or dysbiosis that results in overgrowth of potentially harmful bacteria in the small bowel is called small bowel bacterial overgrowth (SBO). SBO is commonly associated with malabsorption, excess bloating, gas and diarrhea.

Dysbiosis results in numerous adverse health effects but arguably the most dangerous is increased gut permeability or leaky gut. There are numerous causes for altered gut flora. Overexposure to anti-microbial antibiotics and anti-fungal medications in our food and prescribed for various illnesses is a significant risk. The Difference Between Pick Up Lines and Icebreakers
If you ask most men they will tell you that they are not sure what to say or what to do when they approach an attractive woman. They want to know what the latest pickup line is and they will search the Internet for different websites to obtain different ammunition so they can impress a woman. The problem with this approach is that it doesn't work because the guy is trying to be someone he is not. Pickup lines have their place as long as they don't sound like pickup lines.Let's take a closer look at what a pick up line is and what an icebreake

    Truck Driver Liability Insurance
If you are in the trucking business, you will probably want to get some sort of protection for your drivers, trucks, and the load that they pull. Insurance premiums may be expensive, but in the long run it can cost you less than having to replace an entire rig and the load it pulls as well. Here is a helpful guide to getting truck driver liability insurance.1. Make sure the driver has truck liability insurance.Truck liability protects the driver from having to cover the cost of damage due to accidents. This is a federal requirement and no

The Fallacy of Not Hurting Anyone With an Affair
How often do we see requests for friendship, or for lovers, in various advertisements, with the added desire that 'no one should get hurt'. This mainly applies to men seeking temporary solace from their negative home situations who either lack the courage to address their problems and face the issues squarely, or wish to have their cake and eat it. In their eyes, they are free to do what they can to remedy their situation ‘as long as no one gets hurt’.Often, people seek eternal liaisons with the misplaced belief that breaking up the union would

    What is OPEC?
OPEC stands for Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, and it was founded in 1960. The members of OPEC include Algeria, Angola, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela. OPEC has three separate categories for membership which include founder, full and associate. How does a country become a member? OPEC statute stipulates that "any country with a substantial net export of crude petroleum, which has fundamentally similar interests to those of member countries, may become a Full Membe

The lack of exposure to soil in childhood is also blamed as is the excess ingestion of highly processed foods containing carbohydrate and sugar levels feeding growth of bad bacteria while our culture has largely abandoned centuries old traditions of eating fermented foods containing live bacteria.

In contrast to the good microorganisms that reside normally in our guts, pathogenic microorganisms are those that can cause disease or illness when they are not held in check. They can do this through direct toxic effects on the gut, through the production of toxins that cause illness or by migrating through the bowel wall and entering the blood stream and infecting remote parts of the body.

Certain strains of pathogenic bacteria have the ability to migrate through the bowel wall by a process called translocation. The translocation of microorganism or their breakdown products is in part to blame for activation of the immune system. This activation can result in gut inflammation that further impairs the protective barrier function resulting in a vicious cycle of leaky gut related problems. If microorganisms get pass gut defensive barrier intact and reach the blood stream, distant infections can occur throughout the body including in the brain, heart, joints, and skin. Activation of the immune system and related processes can result in inflammation in these distant organs as well without actual infection.

Numerous studies are emerging that explain how probiotics, live bacteria and/or yeast that have positive health effects act by restoring the balance of microorganisms in the gut, produce these benefits.
