Sure, they are hard work, and sure, they take time, but I would rather take the time and get good leads, than pay good money for bad leads. Why do you write and publish articles? If you are like me, you are writing them because you know they generate traffic. But they only generate traffic if the reader clicks on your link. Because the traffic to your article is not what is important, what is important is how many people click on your link. But one thing that is important when you are writing articles for traffic generation is that you keep that in mind – you have to know your purpose and then write to your purpose. So how do you do it?1) You must write on a topic that is relevant both to your reader and to the demographic of the web site to which you are generating clicks. You see, one of the mistakes in article writing is when you write a great article that stimulates clicks, but when the reader gets to the web site, it has nothing to do with the topic of the article. The article should be for the purpose of getting qualified traffic to YOUR web site and generating interest in what is at that web site.2) Keep your articles simple – a long, windy article that never really gets to the point is not going to create clicks – people have to feel that they have received value from you in the article, if they are going to click through to learn more.3) Become an expert at writing bio: I don’t just use my name and my accomplishments – nobody cares about my accomplishments, all they care about is Below the top cover a cylindrical buffer tank is mounted where the liquid nitrogen get collected and evaporated vapour are vented through a vent pipe. Introduction:A framework is a way of thinking, a point-of-view, a perspective on something. Here are the 15 frameworks of the successfully self-employed professional. You'll find some of these to be radical and foreign. Don't let that stop you! Try them on; see what you learn from them.1. Marketing is more important than mastery.Being a master of your craft, skill, or talent doesn't ensure the success of your business. You can be the greatest at what you do, and if nobody knows about you, you're quickly out of business. Yes, it's important that you deliver a quality service. But it's even more important that you consistently and appropriately promote your business.2. Risk is always reducible. Everyone faces risk -- in life and in business. And risk is always reducible. You may find that at times, even after you've reduced the risk, it is still too costly. Great! Just find another path to your goal. Make sure your clients know that you're also helping them reduce risk -- it makes you more valuable.3. There is usually an easier or better way.No matter what strategy, process, or procedure under consideration, there is usually an easier or better way. Think beyond the traditional ways of solving a problem, creating a deliverable, or accomplishing an outcome and you'll find a new, better, easier, faster, less expensive, or less risky way.4. Delay is unacceptably expensive.Today the windows of opportunities open more often and shut more quickly than ever before. Delay lets those opportunities pass by without you or your client being able to take advantage of them. Reduci Mechanical properties like hardness, wear resistant, tensile strength are very important for cutting tool. The Cryogenic treatment on metal has been extensively employed since many years for various application like stabilizing dimension of precision machined part and gauges with change in temperature, removal of internal stresses, improving wear resistant and hardness. Cryogenic treatment of metal parts means cooling these parts at a predetermined rate, up to a given Cryogenic temperature (-80C), maintaining these parts at that lowest temperature for a given duration of time and then allowing these parts to warm-up at a given warming-up rate to room temperature. So the main variable of the Cryogenic treatment are: a. Rate of cooling. b. The lowest maintained temperature for a given duration. c. The duration for which the specimen are maintained at the lowest temperature. d. The rate of warming up (Chillar, Agarwal. 1995) Cryogenic treatment has been successfully applied on steel to improve its mechanical properties. This occurs because of transformation of almost all the retained Austenite in steel to Martensite thereby making the steel more Wear resistant. 2. Literature Survey: Evidence of Cryogenic treatment was found during 1937 in Soviet Union (Carry and Robert 1980). Metals are gradually cooled to cryogenic temperature (-80C), soaked for a prolonged period and warmed to room temperature at a predetermined rate, the lattice structure of the atoms change due to stress being relived during Cryogenic treatment. In case of ferrous metal, the soft ductile FCC structure Austenite gets converted into strong and harder BCC structured Martensite. Apart from this, a wide precipitate of newly formed Eta-Carbides (responsible for increased wear resistance) into the hard Martenside structure induces a dense lattice structure. Some theories by Zhmud (1980) are: a. Cryogenic treatment was effective for intemperate and adequate tempered tool. b. The soaked time (5min to 10 hrs) had no effect on the tool life. c. A decrease in tool life within 5-7 days after treatment and increases again with repeated treatment. Cryogenic treatment can be performed by different methods. One of such methods consists of a Cryo-treatment chamber and an auxiliary liquid nitrogen supply system. In this set-up Cryogenic treatment of the tool was done by indirect cooling and with no direct contact with liquid nitrogen. In the future, marketing will be as much about changing attitudes and behaviours as it is about increasing market share".And, of course, there is a conflict in sustainability, which I’ll talk about in a minute. First let’s look at how sustainability is being pushed by our industry. The GreenAwardsThe 2006 GreenAwards celebrated and rewarded marketing that communicates sustainability through one of these categories: Press advertisement TV advertisement Radio advertisement Outdoor advertisement Online advertisement Direct mail B2C and B2B PR Packaging design They do have more award categories but it’s clear that, other than for packaging design, the award categories are rewarding the message and the way the message is presented, rather than encouraging marketers themselves to use more sustainable ways of communicating their message. The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) has thoughtfully produced an ebook called "Producer Responsibility for Direct Mail and Promotions" and is available for download from their web site.In addition the DMA has formed a relationship with PlanetArk.org, co-founded by tennis player Pat Cash and partnered with Reuters. PlanetArk is aimed at increasing the world’s environmental awareness and activity. So the main variable of the Cryogenic treatment are: a. Rate of cooling. b. The lowest maintained temperature for a given duration. c. The duration for which the specimen are maintained at the lowest temperature. d. That's fine. But they do have "Call ahead seating." Wow, talk about the best of both worlds. They don't have to hold a table for a few minutes to satisfy a reservation commitment, but they do get the luxury of knowing that a party will be there at a particular time. What a great system for the restaurant. What a lousy system for the consumer. Don't you just love it, even if you have called in or ahead or whatever they're calling it. You arrive. You receive your pager and you wait around for twenty, thirty... forty minutes. I don't think so.Here's our problem. Consumers in mass accept such policies. It won't be until we say "No, thank you" that this type of service will stop. I don't know about you, but I value my time. There is no way that eating some sort of fancy deep fried onion is worth waiting around for forty minutes (just to be seated) when I can just go somewhere else. You've all heard the saying "Just say no." That's what I'm asking you to do. Just say "no." Okay, just say "no thank you." National chains and franchises certainly have a place in the market and do deserve some of our business. However, this type for lack of respect for our time (and our money) should not be tolerated.I suggest we all boycott this type of practice and start frequenting some of the great locally owned and operated establishments we all have in our respective towns. Oh, and most of them do take reservations. If we all band together on this cause, there will be better balance in the restaurant uni Evidence of Cryogenic treatment was found during 1937 in Soviet Union (Carry and Robert 1980). While I love to see the appraisers enlighten someone’s day with an unexpected evaluation, I also like to watch people’s reactions when they find out the family heirloom wasn’t given to their great-great-great-grandmother from George and Martha Washington...and that it’s a forgery. Not that I like to see their disappointment, no, what I listen for is their reaction. Sometimes the owners put on a brave face, while others are dubious of the expert’s claims. My favorite though is the person who doesn’t really care, they still like the item and it will continue to have a place of prominence in their home.I admire those antique hunters who love their items regardless of its value. Having said that...do a little research and you probably won’t get burned.I think the same holds true for the stock market. Research a company you’re interested in; do your own due diligence and chances are you won’t get taken in by a highly speculative dud. As an astute investor, you need to look at the business prospects, don’t let your emotions lead the way.And those idioms were put to the test last Friday (March 24) when Wendy’s International spun off its Canadian coffee and doughnut icon Tim Hortons Inc. in the largest initial public offering (IPO) in more than half a year. The first-ever share offering was initially priced at $27 in Canada. But when trading opened on the TSX, the shares went as high as $37.99 before pulling back to close at $33.10.Shares also began trading on the NYSE where a similar surge was seen. Therefore, a quick phone call to your bank can confirm what you already should know: most financial entities will not ask you to do so.Before enrolling in online banking, make sure of its legitimacy, confirming that your deposit is federally insured. After this basic security routine, learn more about the service and understand your rights and obligations as a consumer. If there is something that is not clear, get assistance from financial advisors or ba Below the top cover a cylindrical buffer tank is mounted where the liquid nitrogen get collected and evaporated vapour are vented through a vent pipe. The shaft of the fan motor assembly passes through this buffer tank and has fan blades mounted on both sides. A copper disk has been fixed to the bottom of the buffer tank to ensure better heat transfer. Aluminium fans are fixed at the bottom to ensure forced convection cooling of the space inside the Cryo-treatment chamber. The specimen kept in the stainless steel tray can be cooled by two ways: i. A circulating fan housed below the buffer tank, induce forced convection currents picking up cold from stored liquid nitrogen in the buffer tank downward over the specimen. The cold gas moving down to the bottom of the chamber gets cooled and moves radially sideways. These gases re-enter on the fan region through the opening of the slots in the aluminium fins. Thus forced convection current loop is established within the chamber. ii. Part of the liquid nitrogen stored in the buffer tank is made to circulate over the shroud by thermo-syphon effect. To facilitate this a copper tube is connected to the buffer tank and is brazed on the outer wall of the shroud over its entire length. A solenoid valve is operated by a PID controller with predetermined set points, is used to regulate the liquid nitrogen supply to the chamber. The temperature of the specimen is measured using temperature sensors. Another method can be by using refrigerator with ethyl alcohol and dry ice as refrigerant for Cryogenic treatment. The specimen to be treated was placed in a clean and dry thermocol box. The specimen with the thermocol box were then kept in a refrigerator for duration of 12hrs to bring down the temperature of the specimen to 0C. After a period of 12 hrs, dry ice was added into the thermocol box using a spatula. While handling, care was taken such that cry ice doesn’t come in contact with the skin. The specimen and the dry ice were mixed using the spatula and the thermocol box was kept in the freezer of the refrigerant for duration of 12 hrs. The temperature of the specimen and dry ice in the freezer for a time period of 12hrs ethanol of required quantity was directly added into the thermocol box. The temperature of the specimen along with the ethanol and dry ice was noted. The thermoses box containing specimen, dry ice and ethanol was again placed in the freezer of the refrigerator for a time interval of 48 hrs. After treating the specimen for 48hrs the thermocol box was taken out of the freezer and the temperature of the specimen along with the ethanol and dry ice is once again noted. The treated are then brought down to room temperature by opening the lid of the thermocol box
