The Top 10 Cell Phone Wallpaper Themes
The technology age is considered by many to be one of the most cold and impersonal. With communications devices that allow for so many people to interact without ever meeting face-to-face, this reputation might just be well earned. When it comes to cell phones, however, there are ways to help make the personality shine. Individualized cellular phone wallpaper is one such way.By allowing a person to take an object that's pretty basic, boring and even a little cold and impersonal and make it truly their own, cell phone wallpaper puts touch of personality into the mix. These individualized backgrounds for cell phone screens can be as funky, crazy or sentimental as a person might desire, too.Wallpaper works by replacing the set background on a phone screen. Some phones might allow for the setting of multiple wallpaper choices. For example, a different wallpaper setting for each caller, or just a single screen that shows up all the time. The theme options for cellular phone wallpaper designs are pretty amazing, too. The key word is choice, and there is no lack of it. Major theme groups for cellular phone wallpaper include:* Movies. Many movie companies offer cellular phone wallpaper downloads to fans. Depicting a scene from a person's favorite flick, these downloads are generally free, but might some with a small charge.* Super heroes. These are quite popular in the cell phone wallpaper category. WE blame today. WE say “they annoyed me” but really, under normal non acidic circumstances you probably would have handled that fine. Acid comes from yesterday. Poor recovery, acidic thinking, poor diet and lack of alkalising balance.

Rather than run around treating today’s problems, which we caused by yesterdays behaviour, diet, attitude and unawareness, surely the wiser process is to make sure that we act today in a way that will make tomorrow, great. (not acidic)

Making Great First and Last Impressions Over the Telephone
    1. Greet the customer enthusiastically. Put a smile on your face and energy in your voice. Intentionally sound fun, interesting, friendly, and conversational. When you do these simple things, you will find that you are quickly establishing rapport with callers and that customers enjoy speaking with you. 2. Listen without interrupting. It can be tempting to interrupt a rambler or storyteller, but try not to do so within the first few seconds. Listen patiently and let the customer tell you what is on her mind. Of course, you can't let a long-winded caller get out of hand. 3. Respond with appropriate emotions. Be natural with your customers. When they are happy and the situation calls for more energy, express this energy. If the situation calls for empathy, don't sit there like a stone, express empathy. When I was in car rental and a customer would complain about a breakdown in one of our rental cars, I'd quickly make an expression of empathy like: "I realize how frustrating this whole thing must be for you." 4. Make the customer feel smart/good. Yesterday I conducted a mystery shopper call for a client and one of the customer service representatives did an outstanding job of making the caller feel good. The "mystery shopper" was told to ask several redundant and "dumb" questions and she did that very well. At one point the customer service representative said, "You obviously care about your health or you wouldn't have called today." That went over very well---instead of making the caller feel like an idiot, she made her feel like a star! 5. Never come across annoyed, "interrupted", or irritated. Your job is to help and serve. And in your job you are going to hear a lot of the same thing over and over. Some customers will annoy you a
Acid in the blood is called oxidation. Oxidation exhausts you, depresses you, saddens you, weakens your immune system, causes arthritis, creates dark moods, reactiveness and violent feelings. Anger and resentment are the result of oxidation in the blood.

There are so many anti oxidants available. Those are sold in pharmacies, health food shops and natural therapies practitioners. These include; herbal medicines, teas, Chinese medicines, ayurvedic medicines, acupuncture and yoga, to name a few.

But if your thinking is all screwed up. Then acid is going to be produced as you are taking the pill or walking out of the acupuncture clinic. Can you see, the foolishness of separating the mind and the body in healing? If you walk around thinking acidic, then treating the body only, is just a money spinner for the practitioner.

Most people don’t want their mind treated. They walk around thinking they are right and that their body is reacting to their ex husband or the city. So they change jobs, meditate, become Buddhist or do something in order to be different. But underneath all that healing, acid continues to be produced.

Stress causes acid. Emotion causes acid. If you are stressed or emotional allot, you will need a mountain of therapies and time in retreat to recover. And the recovery will be short, if you go back to being emotional and stressed. It’s all in your head, but acid is all in your body. It builds up in knees and spines, and muscles, and wrinkles, and lungs and kidneys and feet and hands. Then what?

Acid is, for the greater part, irreversible. Acid build up attaches to bone and calcium. Then calcium deposits in cells. Those deposits we call scar tissue, arthritis, depression, heart blockage, cholesterol, dementia, asthma, cancer and the list goes on. Acid builds and attacks our cells. Why?

In nature anything that is not fulfilling its purpose, gets recycled. Easy. A tree stops producing oxygen, it’s function is inefficient, nature takes it, recycles its minerals, and grows a new tree, smarter, smaller and more efficient. This is evolution. Well, same with you. Blocked evolution is witnessed by acid. Acidic people are achieving everything on the ego plane, but zero in the true measure of natures law.

A stressed executive making millions of dollars is, in natures estimate, like the tree. Still there, but not producing. That person’s body decays through acidity, they get recycled. Sometimes we measure the value of our lives poorly don’t we? We measure our worth in production. Hours, days, years spent pedalling the machines. Making money. Building reputations. Nature measures it differently. She measures your value in acid. Too much acid, this person is wasting natures resources. Pain and discomfort will be the warning. Death, emotionally, physically or spiritually will be the ultimate price.

    Acidic Work – the norm

There are many men, and an increasing number of women who believe that unless they are struggling with their work, unless their business life is mindlessly intense, un-enjoyable, they are not doing their job.

    When I make the suggestion to clients that work can be enjoyable, that tiredness is a sign of bad work practices, they look at me in disbelief like I am from outer space. But I have met many people who have a wonderful, kind and joyful disposition in their work. These people are not acidic, nor do they need to waste valuable time running off to health spas to recover from bad practices. You see;

We put our energy into everything we do. What we do today causes tomorrow. The reason is, that our thoughts today produce the chemicals that are running around in our body tomorrow. If you are tired, you are acidic. If you are frustrated, there’s more acid. And if yesterday, you overexercised, drank too much alcohol, coffee and too little alkalising water (not plain water) and didn’t get good quality sleep, and ate chocolate before bed, and a big steak hours before that. You have predetermined the quality of your mood, productivity and emotion by what you did yesterday.

What Network Marketing Stories Are You Sharing?
Those of us who are network marketers are always sharing our success stories. Almost always these stories focus on the products or services that we are marketing. This is important. After all, product sales drive the industry. Still, all too often, we fail to tell the story of the Company behind these products and services. Here we must be honest with ourselves and everyone we talk to. Even if our products are the most unique, most original, least expensive, almost miracle-working products, we will not, and cannot, become successful building our businesses unless, and until, we are building with a Company that has integrity, puts their distributors first, and has a compensation plan that works for our specific situation. We have all been in that situation where we were recruited into a company by a family member, a friend, a neighbor, or just someone we met online, and we didn’t bother to read, with understanding, all that fine print of the policies and procedures. We simply clicked the ‘I Agree’ button, and quickly moved on to become affiliated with yet another company. What we heard sounded so good, we failed to perform the ‘do diligence’ that takes time and effort, but is so very necessary. All too soon we found that this was not ’multiple income streams’ but rather ‘multiple outgoing rivers‘. Our closets and garages were becoming filled with products as we faithfully followed instructions for monthly qualification and watched in horror as our credit cards overran their limits.Regardless of all the network marketing failures, there is hope and wonderful business building opportunities in this arena. There are good companies that have integrity, and quality products, who value their distributors. Companies who respect part-time people and have compensation plan

Auto Loan after Bankruptcy - Restoring Credit with an Auto Loan
Vehicles are a necessity. Thus, some people have no other option but to finance a car with poor credit. It's easier to finance a new or used vehicle with good credit. Many auto loan lenders are ready to approve these loan applications, and the interest rates are decent. On the other hand, if attempting to finance a car loan after a bankruptcy or repossession, finding a good offer is challenging.Reasons to Rebuild Credit after BankruptcyRising above a past bankruptcy requires immediate action. Restoring your rating after a major credit hiccup is possible. The key to building credit entails establishing new lines of credit. It is natural to have a low spirit after a bankruptcy discharge. Rather than focusing on the bad, work to recover from a low credit rating. If trying to boost credit rating after a bankruptcy, do not expect an overnight miracle. A chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy will severely decrease your credit rating. Moreover, a bankruptcy remark remains on reports for ten years. Thus, any lender reviewing your credit history will notice the discharge. However, the negative effects of bankruptcy are short lived for those who quickly rebuild their credit.Restore Credit with an Auto LoanTo restore credit, new lines of credit are extremely helpful. For a low credit rating to increase, you must be willing to maintain a good payment history with new creditors. On the downside, getting approved for new lines of credit after a bankruptcy is easier said than done. This is because you are no longer an ideal candidate for credit. Because auto loans are protected by the vehicle, these loans have become a quick way of establishing credit and proving creditworthiness.Shopping for a Bad Credit Auto LoanIf shopping for a new loan, it helps t

    Developing a Pro-Active Client Strategy
Sales are competitive and there is always someone who wants to replace us at the top. This competition factor challenges us both in business and as a salesperson everyday. It doesn’t matter if we are a business owner or a top sales performer. If you are a seasoned salesperson, someone wants your customers and your business. This challenge will never stop and we must always be vigilant about protecting our business especially our key customers. When we watch sports, it doesn’t matter what game we are watching. The winner is decided by just one play or a moment that perfect execution is demanded. Success or defeat is just one action away. It is the same in our business and in sales. The secret to winning is staying in the game mentally and physically. We run the risk of losing sales if we don’t keep making new contacts and leveraging our existing business contacts for referrals. These pro-active actions will ignite new life in our sales game and keep us at the top of our competition.Closing the back door of opportunitySometimes a competitive business or salesperson needs a tiny crack to get in the door of a key customer. Then again, sometimes we leave the back door wide open for them to come in because we forget to close it. We leave opportunities open because we don’t visit with our customers and learn how their business has changed or what new problems they have. For example, if we don’t ask we won’t learn that a customer is launching a new product line or that they are being swallowed up by a competitor, changing our business relationship. This will either be a great opportunity or a huge loss. We won’t know unless we remain close to our key contacts.Successful business owners can’t afford to relax. You’ve heard the story before; a business owner makes a comme

It all begins with the way you think

There was a book called the art of positive thinking. It should have been called the “art of acidity” Positive does not go unpunished, just as we know negative does not go unpunished. Positive thinking always creates its nemesis, negativity.

WE have learned in business that being positive is really important. Showing clients the benefit of products is a sales skill, that guarantees client interest. Show them the positive, and they will buy.

So, where’s the negative? The answer is either within ourselves (self critical) or at home with the family. All one sided thoughts create acid. Extreme judgements, whether justified by a religion, culture, group or philosophy cause acid.

Peaceful thoughts are as acidic and violent thoughts if they are extreme. A person who hates war and loves peace will become acidic. A person who hates peace and loves war will become acidic. The more extreme your emotion, the more acid. Extreme high, high emotion, high thoughts, high pumped up, the more acid. Extreme sexy, extremely looking forward to some thing, extremely rejecting, extremely attracted.

Some emotions and thoughts produce more acid than others. We call them low thoughts, but they are not morally low, the are low in consciousness, like an animal. These low thoughts and emotions simply produce huge quantities of adrenalin and therefore acidify, exhaust and age us.

Do you know what those low thoughts and emotions are? It is very easy to find them. Look at the 10 commandments of Christianity, the Yama and Niyama of Hindu practices, The Dharma of the Buddha, the teachings of Mohamed, Moses, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna. They are all the same, in different languages. Basically they suggest you avoid, grow out of or transform low thoughts and emotions.

Evolve they cry. But we rarely do. We sacrifice this wisdom in order to feed our ego, self esteem.

The Value of Time – Self Esteem or Self Worth – Acid versus Alkaline

If someone says to you “value your time” what would you say, that is? Some of us would sit down and meditate, others would rush off to work, some would go home and play with the children. Yet, others would go shopping for a new pair of boots. Some would rescue people, some would spend their time imitating another religious leader.

But really, if you want to know how people value their time. Just watch their normal day. What time do they get up? What do they spend their life doing, and why? How much effort do they put into that which they are born good at, versus that which makes them wealthy? You do not need to ask people about the value of their time, you can see it.

Is my mantra “Make every moment count” a call to be more busy, make more love, be more intense, achieve more? What does it mean to make every moment count? Everybody has their own version of this truth. Make every moment count. Some read books and talk about being in the moment, but are they are mistaken, mimicking another myth, have they really been able to be in the moment. Which moment and when is/was it. And what about the future, doesn’t that matter? How can they think about others if they are in the moment? All they know is themselves, in the moment.

Acid is caused by thoughts. Thoughts are caused by reactions to life. Our reactions to life are cause by our beliefs. If I believe death is just a change of state, then my reaction to death are different to yours. What causes one person acid, does not even affect another person. What we think, how we interpret the world is the criteria that ultimately determines the length, quality, happiness and intimacy of our life. Acidity is the barometer of our delusion.

    The Ultimate choice

We make choices all day. And those choices are our truth. They reflect how we value time, and time as a mirror of self. We cannot measure self worth, it is hidden in our unconscious awareness. WE can only measure the way we act, and from that, interpret the light from which this shadow is cast. Self worth is hidden, but the result of it, can be clearly observed, in the way we value our time.

Then if self worth is the fulcrum of a balance scale, marking the centre, then self esteem are the ends of that scale. Emotional uppers, and downers, self esteem, measured on how we feel, a counterbalance we are unaware of, up, the down, we rarely observe the connection.

Self esteem is vastly different to self worth. You cannot measure self esteem by the valua
