4 Deadly Mistakes Home Business Owners Must Avoid
We're all part of a very special group, us entrepreneurs. Yet, we don't all enjoy the same level of success. Why is that? We'd like to believe that the rich and successful have secrets that they're keeping from us, and if only we knew them, or fortunes would be transformed!Well, there is no magic secret. Sorry. It all has to do with discipline and following a system. With that said, there are some very common mistakes that people make in the day to day functions of their business. These mistakes doom them to a life of mediocrity. They choke the life out of the efforts. Below are four of the most common:Not SchedulingThe apparent freedom that comes with working from home can be a double edged sword, especially if you're just breaking free from the shackles of the corporate world. Unfortunately, whether you're working from someone else or working for yourself, you must have a schedule. Time is the scarcest of commodities, and you must treat it as such. It is the most valuable thing you'll ever have to manage, it is priceless. If you allow yourself to just 'figure it out' each day when you wake up, you'll never get anything done. If you're honest with yourself, you'll realize this. With no scheduling and planning, you don't know what you're working to

This is truly an incredible thing. We read right through this as if it were reading the begats. I believe that if we can learn and understand this holy precept of God’s Word, we as the body of Christ will step into a new area of God’s divine presence and glory. We’re not going to walk in it any other way. We have to start where we are. God’s Word shows us that the God Himself will teach us.

    Blogging and SEO
Blogging gets its name from the term 'blog', itself a short form of 'weblog', which again is a blend of two words, 'web' and 'log'. A blog is a repertoire of web publications stored in reverse chronological order, which means that a new entry comes on top of the one just preceding it. Anyone who looks after a blog, writes for and maintains it is said to be 'blogging'. Blog-posts are articles posted on a blog by a 'blogger'. Since early days, blogs have focused on particular subjects, for example web development, learning craft or estuarine fishing. Blogging is like an online diary, being constantly updated, that can contain both images and texts. A typical blog-entry or blog-post will consist of title of the post, main content of the post, the URL of the full article called 'permalink' (article appears in a separate page), the date when posted, the blogging category of the post, comments if made and, finally trackback URLs' (which are URLs' of those pages that link to the blog-post). Should you be blogging? Why not? But remember thousands of blogs debut everyday only to die soon after. So while blogging is surely an addiction (and perhaps a necessity), it is incumbent upon a would-be blogger to prepare a fertile ground for it to succeed. Bloggi
Galatians 5:6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.

Faith is one of my favorite topics to teach. I have found that it is the very foundation to our relationship with God the Father. We can not have or sustain any kind of relationship without it. He said in His Word ….

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

If we don’t believe that He is, we will not come to Him nor seek Him. Because of this we will never receive the reward that diligent seeking provides. I have learned through God’s Word and by experience that truly the very foundation of our faith is based on love. This love that I am talking about here is agape. Agape is the Greek word meaning the love of God or the God kind of love. It is the highest form of love there is. It is the same word translated love in John 3:16.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

This is an unselfish kind of love that literally puts others first. God’s Word tells us that God is love. This is not just one of His attributes but what He is.

1 John 4:8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

This is a truly profound statement. The Apostle John had great understanding in this area. I don’t claim to have all the answers but I know first hand that people who have learned to walk in this higher agape form of love have God’s protection and hedge up around them. This does not mean there are not problems in the world that will try to come against you. We know that if you are living Godly in Christ Jesus you will be persecuted. (2Tm: 3:12.) History tells us that the Apostle John was put alive into boiling oil and they could not harm him. Was he special in some way? With this in mind let’s go back and read our last verse of

Scripture. 1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

This is not saying bad things will not come your way, it is saying that if you are truly abiding in God’s love then God will abide in you. How can we fail if we are truly abiding in God?

1 Corinthians 13:8a Love never fails.

This gives us much to reflect upon. Has the body of Christ been walking in the reality of this truth? I am speaking for myself when I say I seek to abide in Him and Him in me in a more profound way. I realize this is an ongoing process that we must all learn to walk in, however I believe we have just barely scratched the surface in our love walk. I know I have, I’m not pointing my finger at anyone.

Let’s look on at the Word of God.

1 John 3:23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

A commandment is an edict or a statue. It is true we are not under the law of the Old Testament, however we are under the law of God’s love. This is a higher law that supercedes all the other laws of the entire Bible.

Matthew 22:37. Jesus said to him, " `You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'

    38. "This is the first and great commandment.

    39. "And the second is like it: `You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'

    40. "On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.''

This is truly an incredible thing. We read right through this as if it were reading the begats. Thoughts on the Current Immigration Mess
    1. 12 million illegal immigrants did not appear overnight. Actions by Congress - or the lack of action - created the environment for illegal immigration to exist.2. The main drive behind legal immigration is family reunification, a holdover from WWII. Is it time to give preference to nurses and computer engineers over brothers and sisters of U.S. Citizens? What we need is not what we get.3. Actions by Congress always have unintended consequences. Congress put annual limits on the number of H-1 visas that could be given to temporary professional workers. Registered nurses were split off into H-1A and others were put into an H-1B category. The H-1A program ended in 1996, and now we have a nurse shortage just as the Baby Boomers need more health care.4. At the time of the last amnesty, employer sanctions were imposed as a compromise. Let the last group of illegals get green cards in 5 years, but make it tough for the next group. As we have seen, sanctions don't work. Fake documents are cheap, and many small employers don't keep the paperwork anyway. But the fundamental question was never addressed: "Why should employers be forced to spend their time and money doing the U.S. Government's job of controlling immigration?"5. A recent trend is a test of a system where employ

    Distressed Sellers
In the age of creative arm programs, subprime lending, and increasing interest rates, families have found themselves in a financial crunch. If you find yourself in this situation, a simple solution is to put your property on the market and sell to an interested buyer. The bigger issue is that most individuals who entered into the creative arm programs weren’t educated to the potential pitfalls. They gambled on the initial mortgage payment remaining low. Also, many of them didn’t consider the consequence of interest rates fluctuating upward. Then, there are the unforeseen misfortunes, such as, divorce, death, and loss of employment. Trust me; I have experienced them all. Unanticipated life events can have a profound effect and can impact your finances immediately. The first step is to work with your mortgage company to see if they will allow you to work out a lower payment. Lowering your payment will buy you time to either sell or get back on your feet. Remember, the bank isn’t in the real estate business and doesn’t want to foreclose on your property. If you foresee yourself not recovering anytime in the near future and do not expect your circumstances to change, you may need to consider selling your property immediately. By selling, you may walk away with a profit and save you

The Bonuses of Buying a Home
It seems like investments are the best way to get ahead of the game in finances, but who wants to take the kinds of risks that so many investments involve? Real Estate is one of the most secure investments a person can make. Yes, strange things can happen and property values can go down, but it is only a matter of time before they climb right back up. The simple mathematics of the growing population of the world should be enough to convince anyone of this. In the next thirty years, there will be another three billion people on our planet that need a place to live. Imagine what the average house will be worth. As a general rule, homes appreciate in value by five percent or so per year. Though this may seem small compared to watching the stock exchange, when you consider the investment you are making, five percent is a huge return. Especially once the house is paid off. If you made a $40,000 dollar down payment on a home and it increased in value five percent from the original price of $200k. That is a $10k dollar return on your $40k investment. This does not take into account property taxes and some other costs, but it gives you an idea of the great investment buying a home can be.The tax savings on buying a home are another great bonus. The government allows homeowners to deduct proper

    Asset Management Software Methodology
The term asset management usually refers to the management of an investment portfolio. However for a business, assets may include real estate, plant and machinery, vehicles, furniture, computer hardware and software besides financial assets. Human resources are also a form of assets for a company. Companies depend on all these assets as being key drivers of the business; however, they often do not have a comprehensive asset management system in place to optimize their utilization.Companies are now increasingly recognizing the need to manage assets from a strategic perspective across the entire organization, rather than solely from a purchase or maintenance point of view. From the shop floor to the executive suite, the responsibility of maximizing the value of assets is a responsibility that extends to all.Asset management software is a software application that helps a company optimize the purchase, maintenance and utilization of assets that are critical to business and financial performance, throughout their life cycle. This is an important source of cost savings for company and also provides productivity enhancement and regulatory compliance.Asset management methodology has four inherent characteristics. These include asset management strategy, practice, project management and bene

    1 Thessalonians 4:9 But concerning brotherly love you have no need that I should write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another;

God has given us this commandment for a very good reason. I don’t know if you have ever considered this, but God is on our side, and He wants us to succeed. However He has set up certain rules within His Holy Word that He will not override. When Adam fell He turned the authority that God had given him over to Satan. God could not just go in and override Adams decision. The authority Adam had was real, and he had the legal if not the moral right to do what he did. If God were to override Adams authority that would make him a usurper. A man lost the authority given him and a man had to get it back. God had to send a man to give us back the authority that was lost through Adam. That man was Jesus. This authority has been restored to us through Jesus Christ, but in order for us to walk in the reality of it, we have to do it God’s way. We have to walk in the love of God as He gave us commandment if we are going to walk in this higher reality. He gave us commandments so that we would do that very thing. As any loving father would give direction and instruction to his children our Heavenly Father has given us direction as well. If we will diligently seek Him and follow after His precepts we will see the reward of our effort. It is to our benefit if we do what He has told us to do in His Word.

1 John 2:5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.

This commandment is what will perfect and establish us in the faith. If you want strong faith then you must learn to walk in love and especially toward other believers.

John 13:35 "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.''

Love is the spiritual glue that binds us all together as believers

Colossians 2:2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,

This talks about having full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God the Father and of Christ. That is where faith starts, KNOWING and having understanding in the mystery of this gospel. You see it starts by us as believers being knit or we might say being bound together in this agape love. Then understanding comes, and from that faith arises in our heart, and in that we will have full assurance. That is a deep revelation if we will just accept it. This is not name it and claim it Christianity this is walking in the reality of the new creation.

If we as believers won’t walk in love toward each other, how are we going to show God’s love to the world? The truth is we won’t. As we just read Jesus words in the Gospel of John … By this all will know that you are My disciples. It is God’s love that will draw men unto repentance. We must walk in it. Jesus talked about this in detail in the Gospel of John. Lets look.

John 14: 21. "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.'' 22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?'' 23. Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 24. "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.

Do you want Jesus and the Father to manifest themselves
