We're interested in features such as set numbers that can be called, limits on minutes and messages, web lock/unlock, time on/off and when "off" two or three numbers that could still be used in emergencies. I know there are lots of parents out there who'd pay for options like these, just can't find any providers! The answer: I do not currently know of any company that provides this service.

Unfortunately you can't find out what number called you if the caller is hiding his ID. It depends on your phone model, but go to Settings - Security -Call Barring.
