    An agent of mine is upping the amount of contact she has with her clients. At least once a month, she is going take at least 15 minutes of time finding out what is new in their lives as well as if there is anything she can help them with. I think this is a great way to add value.

    I asked my clients recently what they liked about a particular service I provide and I got some excellent insights into improving that service.
