Wall to wall hotels line the boardwalk for Rehoboth and malls seem to be springing up everywhere. Still, the area isn’t a bad residential area due to the seasonal nature of the tourism business. The tourists flock to the area in the summer, but the remainder of the year is fairly quiet.
