    So how do you get involved?

    The easiest way is to post a free advert in a real estate forum.

    Basically something like

    Please send us your referrals. We have 2 full time RE agents and 1 Broker Assoc. and me (who does all the marketing) who work very hard night and day. They will take very good care of your referrals and pay you 25% commission at closing.

    Its as easy as that really. Tell other Agents about your company, tell them what sort of referrals you are looking for, and tell them how much of your commission you are prepared to pay them if the referral turns into a sale.
