Targeted Traffic - Widen Your target
If you can imagine 3 concentric circles that look like a shooting target, this represents our visitors. If you fire a shotgun accurately, it will make a cluster of pellets in the middle with a number of pellets in the middle and outer rings. This represents the visitors to our website. The inner circles represents those in our niche, the middle those not in our niche but contain similar interests to those in our niche. The outer ring is less targeted and the customer has a less chance of being interested in your niche. If we use Rapidforex as an example, this website promotes a Foreign Exchange Trading Course, arguably the best available. Targeted visitors would be interested in material about Forex. Less targeted in themiddle ring would be after stocks, options and bonds type of investments and the outer ring might represent those after any kind of money making website. The first type are easier to sell to because they’re already after information on this topic. The middle ring may not know much about Forex but still be interested to learn. In this case accessing the free material and then frequent emailing will build up rappore until they may be ready to buy. The outer ring are visitors that may be int

    Attitude Insurance
Everyone knows the importance of having a positive attitude, especially in the health insurance industry. Even negative people say that they have a positive attitude. All agents have seen it one time or another. They are at a meeting, and in the hallway during one of those five minute breaks they notice a woman on the telephone. In fact, she’s on the phone on every break. Finally one agent says, "calling your husband, huh?" to which she quickly responds, "No! Setting appointments." She’s obviously protecting or insuring her ‘good attitude’. She’s making sure that the outside influence of a meeting will not affect her production goals or her ‘good attitude’.Or, what about the guy who’s sitting at a table by himself at the Monday morning ‘turn-in’ meeting. He’s busy wrestling with a pile of papers and hasn’t said a word to anyone. Someone goes up to him and says something about the monsoons or scorching heat or earthquake in China last week and he barely acknowledges their presence. "All those papers must be apps", he mutters to the group in the hall.An example of Attitude Insurance:Sam, a new agent, rode with John, a seasoned pro, for a week. Monday, John finished setting up his week. He al

Are you interested in trading on the futures market? If so, you will be trading commodities, but commodities that will be traded or bought in the future. This is an agreement that is made between two parties stating that a particular commodity will be purchased and paid for at a later, future date.If you are inexperienced, when it comes to futures trading and commodity trading, you may be a little bit “lost.” Unfortunately, this is the point when many people just turn away thinking that commodity derivatives isn’t right for them. How To Set Up A Living Trust
How do you protect the properties you have acquired and dispose of it later on in accordance with your desire? One good option is to set up a living trust. This legal arrangement gives you the power to designate the person in whose name the title to the property shall be vested, under fiduciary capacity, with the state having no participation over it.The designation of such person called the trustee is valuable especially when you become physically or legally incapacitated to manage the properties on your own. Although a living trust is more expensive that the creation of a last will and testament, still there are some savings considering that it will not undergo probate proceedings, and will not be subject to estate taxes. What is more is that such a legal act is imbued with confidential characters, unlike wills which become part of the public records when it is filed in court for probate. But how to set up a living trust?First StepKnow the distinction between ordinary and living trusts. A trust is a set up wherein you vest to another, called the trustee, the power to administer your properties for the benefit of someone else, called the beneficiary. A further distinction is that a livin

    A Beginner's Guide To Php
PHP is officially known as PHP: HyperText Preprocessor. It is a server-side scripting language just like Active Server Pages (Asp), Java Server Pages (Jsp) and Cold Fusion (CF). It is usually written in an HTML context. Unlike an ordinary HTMLpage, Server doesn't send php script directly to a client; instead, it is parsed by the PHP binary or module. HTML in the script is ignored, but PHPcode is interpreted and executed. PHP code in a script can query databases, create images, read and write files, talk to remote servers- the possibilities are endless. Finally the php code result and HTML is combined and output is send to the client.PHP Installation on your computer In order to run php on your computer you must have following components installed on it.1. Web Server (IIS or Apache)2. PHP3. Mysql (optional)Most websites advise you to install all components manually but its just wastage of time. Visit http://www.wampserver.com and install latest version of WAMP it will automatically install php, apache and mysql on your computer with a single click. Its an open source software and very easy to use.es. In short, I am now past 30 and have spent the better part of my thinking life interested in investments.

I have been involved in a UK based share club and did much of the club’s analysis. Aged 23/24 I was involved in managing a portfolio of close to ?100,000. I have read hundreds of company reports, annual and interim. I have also looked at hundreds, if not thousands of graphs. Still, to this day, I read about investment markets for perhaps 10 to 15 hours each week.

Again, back in my early 20’s, I used to assist a close friend, alas now departed, with his investment holdings and decisions – his portfolio had over 100 UK holdings and he was worth several million pounds.

The point I am getting to here is a simple one. No matter how much you study and work, the investment markets are huge and have so many variations that no one person will ever master them all.

I have friends and clients that work as economists, and really don’t understand investments. I have friends that work in Investment banking that categorically do not understand investments.

In fact, as far as I can tell, investment bankers are about the last people on earth that you wo
